The steps are easy and straightforward:
* Fill up the balloon with water (you heard right – water).
* Close of the top of the balloon.
* You can use a double-boiler, electric skillet or sauce pan to melt the wax in (be sure skillet or sauce pan is an old one).
* Keep temperature near 165 to 185 and allow the wax to fully melt.
* Let wax cool until it is just about firm.
* Put the water balloon in the wax, quickly pull it out, then allow the wax layer to set.
* Dip the balloon and cool the wax repeatedly until you have approximately 1 cm thick of wax surrounding the balloon.
* Pop the balloon and take it out from the center of the candle.
* Pour warm wax slowly inside your balloon shell candle, rolling shell constantly until the interior is full.
* Before the last pour, place the wick in the center and allow the final warm wax to surround it.
* Wait for the wax to cool to support wick before you release it.
